MODERATOR: SHACHAR OREN, PRESIDENT OF GEORGIA MUSIC PARTNERS (GMP)

Shachar’s day job is as Founder and CEO of Neurotic Media, where he is responsible for the company's business strategy, sales and marketing, product, and operations. Neurotic Media’s leading technology and services provide white label music solutions that bring brands, music and listeners together - curating the moments in which music drives action. Its customers are retailers, brands, agencies, and record companies who seek to retain control of their brand and their consumer data - while providing their target audiences with a world-class music discovery and consumption experience.

JIM DELLAS, COMPOSER / ARRANGER / PRODUCER - CONSULTANT

Producer, writer, composer, arranger, video producer and music executive, Jim Dellas has composed and or produced 17 live shows and 4 television specials on different three networks for The Walt Disney Company and over 50 large corporate event productions for AT&T, IBM, Lexmark, Miller, FedEx and many others. In addition Jim composed the score for the highly acclaimed productions Jonah, The Musical and Fixin2Rain. He holds the distinction of being one of only three people to serve on the Mainstage Creative Team for Disney's first cruise ship, The Magic. He is a Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of fortDIGITAL Inc. His primary responsibilities include: negotiations with broadcast media suppliers for contract supply of music and sound effect libraries.

KERREN BERZ, CONCERTMASTER COLUMBUS SYMPHONY / VIOLINIST

Kerren Berz’s talents span the musical spectrum. Currently concertmaster of the Columbus (Georgia) Symphony, she has recorded with the Atlanta Symphony and the Nashville Chamber Orchestra, including a critically acclaimed album of Aaron Copland pieces on the Naxos label. As a music arranger and performer, she is featured on the Destiny's Child hit single "Survivor," as well as albums by Outkast, Pink, Sinead O’Connor, Goodie Mob, Donell Jones, and Cartel. Kerren has toured with Amy Grant and Vince Gill and has shared the stage with many other artists, including Earth Wind and Fire, Mary J. Blige, Joni Mitchell, Stevie Wonder, Burt Bacharach, The Moody Blues, Plant/Page, and Ray Charles. She is an active member of Georgia Music Partners, and a voting member of the Recording Academy, for whom she has served on panels for the annual GRAMMY Awards.

GREG CRAWFORD, MIX ENGINEER / SOUND DESIGNER

Greg Crawford is an ADR mixer for Film and Television with over 400 credits including “Black Panther”, ”The Walking Dead”, “Coco” and “Stranger Things”. He has mixed concert DVD’s for Norah Jones, The Flaming Lips and Spinal Tap, sound designed and mixed feature films and documentaries including “Daisy Winters” and “The Ballad of Ramblin’ Jack Elliott”. Along the way he has mixed literally thousands of radio and television commercials. Greg is an active member of the Cinema Audio Society.
